AnKre

§Security & confidentiality

Built for work that has to withstand review.

Due diligence carries obligations towards the client, the subject and the regulator. These are the principles the platform is built on, and the answers we most often give to legal, compliance and IT reviewers.

01Operating principles

01

Evidence stays attributable

Every record held in an investigation keeps its source and retrieval date. Nothing enters a report without that attribution, which also makes it possible to remove or re-check a source later.

02

Case data stays separated

Investigations are handled as distinct cases, so material gathered for one engagement is not reused as general background for another.

03

Deployment follows the mandate

Cloud, sovereign infrastructure and isolated environments are being developed so the platform can run where a client's legal and confidentiality obligations require it.

04

Decisions remain human

The AI agents gather, structure and check. A reviewer accepts, rejects or escalates findings, and that action is recorded in the audit trail.

We do not claim certifications the platform has not been through. If your procurement process requires specific attestations, ask us directly and we will tell you where we stand.

02Questions buyers ask

Where does the information come from?
Corporate registries, regulatory filings, public records and documents provided by the client. Each item retains the source it came from and the date it was retrieved.
Does the platform reach conclusions on its own?
No. Automated collection and checking prepare the material, and a human reviewer decides what is accepted. Generated narrative text is constrained to documented findings and identified gaps.
How much of the work is done by AI agents, and how is that controlled?
Specialist agents run the collection, document reading, identity resolution, relationship mapping and claim checking, and write their output into a knowledge graph with the source and retrieval date attached. Every agent output reaches a reviewer as a proposal, is labelled as agent-produced, and the reviewer's accept, question or reject decision is stored in the audit trail.
What happens when evidence is missing or contradictory?
It is stated. Verified claims are separated from unresolved questions, missing evidence is named, and the limits of the investigation are recorded alongside the findings rather than smoothed over.
Can our team retrace a finding months later?
Yes. Each conclusion carries its claim, evidence, source, retrieval date, confidence and reviewer action, and the evidence pack contains the underlying records.
Can AnKre run inside our own environment?
Deployment options for sovereign infrastructure and isolated environments are in development. Tell us the constraints you work under and we will explain what is possible today.
Which jurisdictions are covered?
Coverage depends on the registries and record sources available in each jurisdiction, and the platform is built to add data providers modularly. We confirm coverage for your specific markets before an engagement.
How do you handle personal data?
Investigations are conducted on a defined mandate, limited to the subjects and questions agreed with the client, and the material is kept as case evidence rather than a general profile database.
What does an evaluation look like?
A walkthrough of the platform against a case type you actually handle, followed by a scoped pilot. Contact us and describe the verification work you need to cover.
